Hands-On Learning
Each attendee will have the chance to work with one of our models. I would encourage you to see what my lighting setup is and also to be creative and explore. During these workshops, you are encouraged not to be afraid of failure and try things that may or may not work. Will be available to assist throughout.

Snacks, drinks, and Water will be provided, but since everyone has different tastes and needs we will let everyone figure out what they want to do for lunch. Of course, if you prefer to keep shooting through the lunch break that's also an option.

FAQ
What Should I Bring?
Your camera and lenses, if you have a Godox light trigger bring it along.
Because we do a lot of portraits we love using lenses from 50mm upwards, if you only have a lens that's below 50mm it's okay you can bring it.
Do I Need My Computer?
No. You are welcome to do so, nonetheless, I recommend that during the editing portion of the class, you focus on what I'm demonstrating and then practice at home. Of course, if you would like to bring your computer, I will be happy to assist you in working through your edit.
What Level Should I Be in Photoshop
For the best experience, you will need to have at least an intermediate understanding of Photoshop. We will cover stuff like camera raw, layers, smart objects, adjustments layers, blending modes, dodge and burn, frequency separation, filters, layer masks, and so on. If you are comfortable with those terms you are probably fine. However, if you are not, don't worry, but if you need to use YouTube to brush up you can do so. I have had complete beginners with Photoshop who were a bit lost during one-to-one classes, who got motivated to develop their skills and are now advanced.

DEFINITIONS:
a) Techverve (PTY) LTD is also referred to as Techverve or Techverve Studio under these terms and conditions.
b) Participation: is also referred to as Client under this contract.
2. By booking/ Paying you are signing into this agreement.
3. These terms and conditions are between you and Techverve (Pty) Ltd.
4. You are not permitted to do continuous video filming and audio recording during the workshop, except for taking some excerpts (not more than 20 seconds long per video clip) that you can have for your keeping or social media, these videos can only be used for personal use.
5. You are obliged to give credit to Techverve for all the photographs that you will capture during the workshop in the following manner: "I took this photograph at Techverve Studio during one of their workshops" (linking our name to our social media account).
6. All the photographs and video clips that you will or may capture during the workshop must only be used for personal use, you are not permitted to commercially use or sell them.
7. Techverve reserves and returns all rights for all videos and photographs taken by all participants during the workshop.
8. The money paid is nonrefundable, however, the money can be transferred to any available class or product on our website in case you are not able to attend the workshop if you have notified Techverve 3 days (72 hours) before the workshop via info@techverve.net or WhatsApp to +267 76782824.
9. If for any unforeseen circumstances, Techverve does not hold or postpone this workshop the participant will reserve the right to: get a refund, let Techverve transfer their money to the new workshop date, or use the money for one of Techverve's classes (if the class one chooses requires a top-up the participant will be required to do so); Techverve shall not issue any compensation for not holding or postponing the workshop.
10. No person under the age of 18 years is allowed to book or pay for this workshop, except if they let their guardian or parent get in touch with us first and make the booking on their behalf.
11. This workshop is meant to allow Techverve to share the vast knowledge that it has gained over the years, and take note that Techverve is a media-registered company and not registered as a school.
12. Techverve is not obliged to give you or compliment you with any of its services or products.
13. You are not allowed to sell any physical or online products that Techverve may give to you but to use for personal use only.
14. The amount mentioned (P1599) is specifically for one person.
15. Techverve is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties or the death of the participants, each participant will be responsible for themselves and release Techverve from any claims and liabilities against its business, workers, or persons.
16. By paying to Techverve it means you agree that you may be subject to legal liability if you fail to follow these terms and conditions.
